About the Role:

As a Student Safety Team Member, your top priority will be the safety and wellbeing of our students and employees, especially during night hours. You’ll handle everything from emergency response to friendly student support across multiple properties in the London South Cluster.

No two nights are the same—and that’s what makes this role exciting and meaningful.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Patrolling and monitoring multiple student accommodation properties

  • Responding to incidents and managing emergency situations

  • Assisting students with lock-outs or safety concerns

  • Providing friendly, professional customer service

  • Logging incidents and observations electronically

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • A calm, fair, and approachable personality under pressure

  • Comfortable working independently during night shifts

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
