What You’ll Do
As a Student Support Officer, you will play a key role in:

Supporting student progress and well-being on a daily basis

Building strong, trusting relationships with students, parents/carers, and staff

Liaising with external agencies to provide comprehensive pastoral care

Assisting in the implementation of behaviour and achievement strategies

Being a visible, approachable point of contact for students throughout the school day

Passionate about supporting young people

Solution-focused with a positive, proactive attitude

Skilled in communication and relationship-building

Experienced in pastoral, welfare, or student-facing roles (preferred but not essential)
