Substitute Teacher

Position Overview:
London City Schools is seeking qualified Substitute Teachers to support our classrooms on a flexible, as-needed basis. This role is not full-time, and assignments are managed through the Frontline absent management system. Applicants will be notified of upcoming interviews following the review of their application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and classroom management as assigned.

• Follow lesson plans and school policies during substitute assignments.

• Support students in both academic and social development.

Requirements:

1. Background Checks:

   • BCI/FBI background check is required prior to working with students.

   • Fee: $47.25 (debit card, personal check, or money order).

   • Location: 1560 State Route 56, London, OH (Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

   • Submit one copy to the Ohio Department of Education (if applicable) and one copy to:

2. Licensing – Ohio Department of Education (ODE):

   • All substitute teachers and paraprofessionals must hold a valid ODE license.
