Key Responsibilities of a Supervisor

• Assist in leading and coaching store colleagues to deliver world-class customer service.
• Support store operations, including stock management and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Play an active role in achieving sales targets and maximizing financial performance.
• Maintain an organized and well-presented store environment, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers.
