Position Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with BJ’s internal business units and vendor partners to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve vendor performance. This role focuses on data-driven analysis, KPI tracking, compliance programs, and process improvements to support corporate objectives.
This is a hybrid role based in Marlborough, MA (in-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday).
Key Responsibilities

Analyze supplier KPIs and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive compliance and efficiency.

Collaborate with Merchants, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to interpret data.

Investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.

Support supply chain initiatives with data analysis, dashboards, and reporting.

Assist Planning & Allocation, Transportation, and Distribution Center (DC) teams.

Manage ad hoc projects and provide cross-functional analytical support.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

2–4 years of retail or supply chain experience preferred.

Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and ERP systems (SAP a plus).

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions).

Familiarity with distribution center operations preferred.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team environment.
Compensation
-
Salary range starts at $56,500 annually (based on education, experience, and qualifications).
