Your Role: Supply Chain Finance Manager
As a Supply Chain Finance Manager at Dart Container, you will lead financial partnerships, provide expert consultation to manufacturing operations, and drive efficiencies that enhance customer service and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage annual operating plans for plant expenses and capital expenditures; conduct variance analysis and reforecasting.

Oversee product cost standard setting, daily product costing, and inventory/cost center analysis.

Ensure GAAP compliance through journal entry oversight, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting.

Develop KPIs and leverage advanced data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve decision-making.

Partner with plant managers, cross-functional directors, and internal/external teams to ensure financial alignment.

Provide consultation on capital expenditures and performance improvement initiatives.

Supervise and develop plant accounting staff while enhancing internal controls with the Internal Audit department.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-
10+ years of experience in accounting or finance

8+ years in a manufacturing environment with cost analysis experience

3+ years supervisory experience with strong leadership and management skills
-
Proven ability to provide financial consultation in manufacturing settings

Experience with capital expenditure justifications and performance improvement projects

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, pivot tables, graphs) and data analysis tools
