About Coco

At Coco, we’re redefining how goods move through cities. We believe the last-mile delivery industry has long underserved merchants and customers alike. That’s why we’re building a more frictionless, reliable, and sustainable robotic delivery experience—empowering businesses while transforming urban logistics.

About the Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll lead the full spectrum of Coco’s supply chain operations—from procurement and vendor coordination to logistics and inventory control. You’ll build and maintain scalable systems (like MRP and Arena), ensure accurate part tracking, and collaborate with both local and global partners to keep components flowing seamlessly.

You’ll also work cross-functionally with internal teams to align supply chain strategy with Coco’s fast-paced operations and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor relations

  • Maintain and optimize Coco’s MRP system, ensuring accuracy in part numbers and assemblies using Arena

  • Monitor inventory levels to support production and deployment without delays or shortages

  • Manage import/export operations and work with international vendors to ensure timely part deliveries

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvements

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, field teams) to forecast demand and improve process flow

  • Track supply KPIs and maintain clear documentation and reporting systems

A Day in the Life

Your typical day will include checking inventory dashboards, confirming inbound shipments with international vendors, troubleshooting fulfillment delays, and updating part data in Arena. You might also lead a sync with engineering to align on part availability for new hardware builds or explore automation opportunities to reduce supply chain inefficiencies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience managing supply chain or logistics functions

  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in BI tools like Sigma, Quicksight, Tableau, or PowerBI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Arena and MRP systems

  • Expertise in MRP maintenance and part tracking

  • Knowledge of omni-channel supply chain processes

  • Experience with AI-based logistics automation tools

  • Familiarity with working alongside BPO vendors

  • SQL proficiency for advanced reporting and trend analysis

  • High-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
