What Does a Support Coordinator Do?
In this Support Coordinator role, you’ll:

Manage open sales and purchase orders for IT professional services.

Monitor completion statuses and update ETA dates for accurate records.

Raise and amend purchase orders while ensuring SLAs are met.

Invoice clients and reconcile timesheets with open orders for smooth payment processes.

Prepare closure reports, financial reports in Power BI, and ensure ITAD compliance documentation is correct.

Liaise daily with suppliers, internal teams, and account managers through a shared mailbox.
