 What Does a Support Coordinator Do?

In this Support Coordinator role, you’ll:

  • Manage open sales and purchase orders for IT professional services.

  • Monitor completion statuses and update ETA dates for accurate records.

  • Raise and amend purchase orders while ensuring SLAs are met.

  • Invoice clients and reconcile timesheets with open orders for smooth payment processes.

  • Prepare closure reports, financial reports in Power BI, and ensure ITAD compliance documentation is correct.

  • Liaise daily with suppliers, internal teams, and account managers through a shared mailbox.
