You will play a key role in enhancing life skills, promoting independence, and building confidence. This full-time, permanent position runs Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, supporting over 50 individuals who share a passion for learning and personal development.

Key Responsibilities of a Support Worker
- Assisting young people with life skills and independence
- Supporting with homework, study, and educational activities
- Providing personal care and complex needs support
- Collaborating with families and external agencies to ensure holistic care
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills for liaising with agencies and families
- Passionate about supporting SEN learners
- Experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
