Your Role as a Support Worker – Weymouth (0-hours)

Providing Personalized Support:

  • Assist adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism in our Supported Living service.

  • Support individuals with their hobbies and interests, including arts, crafts, cooking, swimming, and social activities.

  • Promote independent living skills and help explore employment and educational opportunities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate care, maintaining dignity and respect for all individuals.

  • Engage in social activities, ensuring residents enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle.

  • Support sleep-in night shifts as required.

  • Maintain clear communication and positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
