Job Description
Trust Housing is excited to offer a Supported Housing Worker role in Dumfries, where you’ll help our tenants maintain their independence while receiving essential support. As a Supported Housing Worker, you’ll assist with meal delivery, dining room support, and occasional kitchen duties. In return for your commitment, you’ll receive a competitive hourly rate of £13 and work 16.75 hours per week over three days on a rolling 4-week rota. Key Responsibilities of a Supported Housing Worker
As a Supported Housing Worker, your key duties include:

Ensuring tenants receive personalized support based on their individual care plans

Assisting with meal delivery and supporting tenants in the dining room

Occasionally handling light kitchen duties

Promoting independence and providing emotional support

Skills and Experience Required for Supported Housing Worker Role
To succeed as a Supported Housing Worker, we are looking for candidates with:

An appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care

Experience working with older people or vulnerable members of the community
