Job Details
We are looking for an ECM Systems Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our Nettrax and OnBase server applications. This role is hands-on, requiring independence, multitasking, and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth operations and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain Nettrax and OnBase server applications.

Perform daily system tasks to ensure uptime and performance.

Collaborate with LOBs to implement system changes and enhancements.

Manage changes through proper change control and ticketing processes.

Provide technical support and user guidance.

Document system changes and testing efforts with QA and other teams.

Learn and adapt to new imaging platforms such as Image Center.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).

3–5 years of IT experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.

Ability to multitask and work independently without micromanagement.

Willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation.

Availability 24/7 for critical support issues.

Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Education

Bachelor’s degree required (IT or related field preferred).
