Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Systems Engineer Associate in Titusville, Florida, to support the U.S. Navy’s Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program. This role will offer you the chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in engineering to deliver top-tier solutions for national security.

As a Systems Engineer Associate focusing on Deployed Reentry Systems, you will:

  • Support requalification efforts and transition development programs into production

  • Generate requalification assessments and Memoranda of Requalification Agreements (MORAs)

  • Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and provide program management input

  • Offer technical systems engineering support for hardware requalification and reproduction

  • Conduct data mining for historical production, research hardware obsolescence, and recommend or implement design changes as necessary

This entry-level role will pair you with experienced engineers and allow you to apply and expand on the knowledge gained during your collegiate studies.

Salary Range Information

  • Typical Range: $57,500 – $101,430 annually (depending on location and experience)

  • Premium Pay Areas (e.g., major metropolitan areas in CA and NY): $66,200 – $114,655 annually
