System Support Coordinator at KIMS Hospital
KIMS Hospital, the largest independent hospital in Kent, is looking for a dedicated System Support Coordinator to join their Finance Department. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator who will assist in providing system support across all staff at KIMS Hospital. As a System Support Coordinator, you will help ensure smooth operation by resolving Compucare-related queries, organizing training events, and assisting with system upgrades. No prior knowledge of Compucare is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities of System Support Coordinator
As a System Support Coordinator, you will:

Provide 1st line support for Compucare system queries

Offer administrative support to the Compucare Support Board (CSB), including preparing agendas and taking minutes

Respond to telephone and email queries in a timely manner

Assist in coordinating and delivering Compucare training events
-
Address outpatient coding and billing issues to help increase revenue capture
-
Set up and maintain user profiles and assist with system upgrades
-
Escalate system issues to developers as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications for System Support Coordinator
To succeed as a System Support Coordinator, candidates should have:

GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Data entry experience and familiarity with relational databases (desirable)

A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
