About the Role:
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator specializing in Encompass Administration to join a dynamic team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for detail-oriented IT professionals with strong expertise in mortgage systems, system configuration, and integrations. The Systems Administrator will maintain core mortgage systems, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless operations to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the Loan Origination System (Encompass) and other core mortgage platforms for optimal functionality.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions to end-users.

  • Manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and loan setup configurations, including advanced coding as needed.

  • Collaborate with management to enhance system integrations and align technology solutions with business goals.

  • Lead system implementation, upgrades, and vendor coordination.

  • Develop training materials and documentation for end-users, ensuring compliance with audits and disaster recovery protocols.

  • Monitor system effectiveness and implement improvements to meet organizational objectives.

  • Communicate system changes, project updates, and issue resolutions effectively to stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including risk management and compliance protocols.

  • Promote a collaborative team environment and uphold organizational values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Encompass Administration, system configuration, and maintenance.

  • At least 4 years of experience integrating third-party services with organizational systems.

  • 3–5 years in a technical business analyst role preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage systems, terminology, and technology.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
