We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support an Automated Prescription Refill Center (ARC) for a major retailer, overseeing computer systems, networking, and mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer, network, and peripheral systems.
- Analyze reports and implement system performance improvements.
- Develop SQL reporting structures based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with vendors to support proprietary and standard software systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and technical support.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of IT/Networking experience on multi-platform systems.
- 2+ years of SQL database management and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in networking, routers, switches, and equipment integration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL Server, and Windows XP/7/10.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with C++, RS232/RS422 communications, and PLC troubleshooting.
- SQL certification is a plus.
