About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our global recruitment function. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing recruitment administration, and assisting with direct sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination:

Arrange interviews, meetings, and travel logistics for candidates and hiring managers

Communicate with candidates, agencies, hiring managers, and partners

Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and agency agreements

Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms

Manage the recruitment inbox and calendar, and track interview outcomes
Candidate Research and Sourcing:

Assist the team in sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal systems

Build talent pools and candidate market maps through desktop research

Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system
Administration and Reporting:

Prepare monthly recruitment reports using Excel and recruitment software

Create and format PowerPoint presentations and internal materials

Process invoices and manage recruitment expenses
-
Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and data retention policies

Maintain and update internal intranet pages and marketing materials
What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in HR or recruitment support

Familiarity with candidate sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards

Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)

High attention to detail with strong communication and organizational skills
