Position Summary:
As a key contributor to the talent development function, this role is responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating high-impact leadership programs and talent initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, external partners, and internal stakeholders, the individual in this position will ensure strategic alignment with succession planning, leadership coaching, and talent development efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In partnership with senior leadership and external vendors, the Talent Manager will:

Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of two high-potential leadership development programs.

Serve as the Talent Manager supporting succession planning, talent assessments, and organizational talent reviews.

Manage external executive coaching relationships and ensure the quality and consistency of coaching services.

Conduct needs assessments and provide data-informed recommendations to guide strategic talent decisions.

Incorporate external benchmarking and industry best practices to enhance the impact of talent programs and services.

Monitor program effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and evaluation, ensuring continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.

Proven experience designing, managing, and assessing leadership development and talent management programs.

Demonstrated success supporting executive-level succession planning, talent reviews, and assessments.

Certification in leadership assessment tools such as Korn Ferry, Hogan, or 360-degree feedback instruments.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Expertise in instructional design and delivery of development programs.

Experience managing external vendor relationships.

Strong career interest in progressing to a Director-level role in Talent Management.
