Warby Parker seeks a proactive and results-oriented Senior Manager of Talent Management to develop and implement company-wide career development programs. As part of the People team, you’ll create scalable resources and training to empower all Warby Parker employees to reach their full potential. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll establish innovative solutions for rapid and effective talent development, particularly within our growing Retail teams. You’ll also partner with the broader Talent Management team to scale existing culture and development initiatives. We’re looking for a passionate, lifelong learner who aligns with our vision and thrives on working with people.
What you’ll do:
- Design and execute scalable career development programs across Warby Parker.
- Partner with leaders to identify development needs and create tailored solutions.
- Develop and facilitate engaging training and resources for employee growth.
- Focus on building robust development pathways for our expanding Retail teams.
- Collaborate on broader Talent Management initiatives, including culture and development programs.
- Measure the impact of development programs and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on talent development best practices and industry trends.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful career development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Data-driven and results-oriented with a focus on measuring impact.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about employee growth.
- Experience working with retail teams (a plus).
- A lifelong learner who is eager to grow and develop others.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Salary Range (New York): $122,500 – $140,000 USD annually, with potential for bonus and equity. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
