Tax Accounting Manager – Onsite
Dell Technologies is seeking a Tax Accounting Manager to join their team in Hopkinton, MA or Round Rock, TX. This role involves preparing and consolidating the global quarterly tax provision for a multi-billion dollar company, collaborating with various finance and accounting teams.
What you’ll do: Prepare and review quarterly tax provision work papers (reconciliations, journal entries, consolidations, disclosures for SEC filings), assist with legal entity financial consolidation, apply analytical and problem-solving skills, work closely with finance teams and external auditors, provide tax reporting guidance to US and international teams, lead tax reporting training, and utilize technology to automate processes.
What you need:
- Onsite work capability in Hopkinton, MA or Round Rock, TX.
- 5+ years of corporate income tax provision experience (large public multinational or public accounting firm).
- Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and US federal/state income taxation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player.
Bonus points:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, CPA.
- Experience with tax provision software, SAP, Power Query, or Power BI.
