Job Description
Location: Bristol or London, UK (Hybrid)
This is a hybrid role based in Bristol or London, requiring three days a week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

At Computershare, our Finance function provides comprehensive transactional accounting services, treasury support, financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, and financial systems support across all our global locations.
We are looking for an experienced EPM Tax and Account Reconciliation Lead to join our Global Finance Systems team. This role focuses on ensuring the operational stability and strategic development of Oracle EPM β TRCS & ARCS applications, optimizing system performance while addressing evolving regulatory and reporting requirements.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As an EPM Tax and Account Reconciliation Lead, you will:
- Guide and influence the organization on the best practices for EPM TRCS & ARCS applications.
- Design and deliver an Oracle EPM Cloud functional architecture strategy with a focus on TRCS & ARCS.
- Engage stakeholders, ensuring strategic direction and documentation align with business needs.
- Provide expert financial analysis and insights to senior management regarding EPM applications.
- Manage service levels, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability of EPM applications.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, proactively identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures.
- Oversee system updates, including patches, maintenance releases, and enhancements.
- Support testing activities, including System, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with global technology teams to ensure smooth integration across platforms.
- Maintain data integrity, internal controls, and security administration for EPM systems.
What You Bring to the Role
Essential:
β Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
β Oracle Certified Professional or equivalent accreditation.
β 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM TRCS & ARCS.
β Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud and its integration with EPM applications.
Preferred:
β Understanding of Oracle applications and architecture.
β Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification.
β Experience in COBIT or ITIL best practices.
β Agile methodology experience.
