Job Overview
This role will support the design and management of processes to implement the global Pillar Two tax regime, requiring coordination across Corporate Tax, Local Tax, and Control teams for data collection, transformation, validation, and compliance. The role will help create sophisticated operating models for the end-to-end Pillar Two process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Pillar Two data requirements, OECD Model Rules, and PepsiCo’s process roadmap.

  • Design and manage operating models to support the end-to-end Pillar Two process.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather user requirements for iterative design efforts.

  • Design and execute Pillar Two-related controls.

  • Monitor risks in operating models and escalate issues as needed.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline tax processes and integrate with other financial reporting or regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Expected salary range: $118,700 – $198,800, with performance-based bonuses (15% of annual salary).

Qualifications

  • Accounting or tax background with a basic understanding of tax concepts; finance or tax transformation experience is preferred.

  • 5-10 years of experience or 3+ years in Big 4 Consulting.

  • Proficiency with digital tools and large data sets; advanced Excel skills, Alteryx knowledge preferred.
