What You’ll Do

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
-
Deliver structured, engaging lessons based on Behaviour Analysis
-
Promote independence, social skills, and communication development
-
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress

Help create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment

What We’re Looking For
-
Passion and commitment to supporting young people with autism
-
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (required)
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment
-
Experience in SEND education or autism support is desirable but not essential
-
Basic IT skills for recording pupil progress
