 What You’ll Do

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings

  • Deliver structured, engaging lessons based on Behaviour Analysis

  • Promote independence, social skills, and communication development

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress

  • Help create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment

 What We’re Looking For

  • Passion and commitment to supporting young people with autism

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (required)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment

  • Experience in SEND education or autism support is desirable but not essential

  • Basic IT skills for recording pupil progress
