 Teaching Assistant – Daily Responsibilities and SEN Support

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll:

  • Support children with learning, emotional development, and social integration

  • Help raise self-esteem and build trust with students facing complex challenges

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to individual needs

  • Celebrate small achievements that lead to lasting progress

  • Engage with therapists and educators to deliver coordinated support

  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom experience for every learner

You’ll be based at Bescot Hall, a brand-new, state-of-the-art school for children aged 8 to 16 with SEMH and autism needs.
