We are excited to offer two full-time, permanent opportunities for Team Assistant – IT & Data roles within our Group Tech teams at Howden Group. Based in our Central London office (133 Houndsditch, EC3A 7DB) and following a hybrid work model, these Team Assistant – IT & Data positions will provide vital secretarial and administrative support to team leaders, helping ensure seamless coordination and high operational efficiency across our teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Team Assistant – IT & Data
In the Team Assistant – IT & Data role, you will be responsible for:
Planning and Reporting:

Accurately produce meeting minutes and related documentation.

Manage assigned projects and assist with others as required.

Provide relevant management information to managers and leaders.
PA Support for Nominated Individuals:

Organize diaries, files, and electronic records effectively.

Screen calls and emails, prioritize responses, and manage routine inquiries.

Prepare paperwork and support administrative tasks for meetings and personal matters.
Essential Skills for the Team Assistant – IT & Data Role
General Administration Duties:

Arrange both local and international travel, including visas, insurance, and detailed itineraries.

Liaise efficiently with Facilities, post room, and reception teams.

Create professional documentation using software packages with a focus on accuracy and brand style.

Process invoices and manage expense reconciliations for the department.

Keep departmental records updated on the Company’s and Group’s systems.

Offer secretarial coverage for the wider department as needed and screen calls professionally.
What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative or secretarial role, ideally team support.

Skilled in diary management and travel itinerary planning.

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with a flexible approach to tight deadlines.
