Your Role as a Team Manager
As a Team Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving the success of our store. Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer enjoys the Boux Avenue shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities

Maximise sales by delivering outstanding customer service and expert product knowledge

Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team

Motivate and inspire colleagues, setting the standard as a brand ambassador

Maintain excellent stock control, security, administration, and health & safety compliance

Effectively introduce promotions, loyalty programmes, and bra fitting services to team and customers

Deliver timely feedback and performance coaching to enhance team capabilities

Ensure store operations align with KPIs and Balanced Scorecard objectives

Adapt to daily priorities, making real-time decisions to meet business demands

Retail management experience at supervisor level or higher

Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a successful team
