About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to join our Real Estate team in our London office on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a vital client-facing role, ensuring Partners and fee earners can focus on legal work while you handle administrative and coordination tasks that support high-quality client service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client-focused administrative support across the Real Estate team

  • Handle incoming enquiries, assist clients and ensure smooth communication

  • Coordinate Partners’ and fee earners’ diaries and meeting arrangements

  • Schedule rooms and video conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place

  • Prepare legal papers for meetings, take and circulate accurate meeting minutes

  • Liaise with the Finance team to support accurate billing and invoice payments

  • Conduct regular reviews of matter lists to ensure financial hygiene

  • Collaborate with the Document Production team to ensure branded, error-free documents

  • Maintain safekeeping and return of original client documents

About You:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including Maths and English

  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail, grammar, and formatting

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tasks independently

  • Proven experience supporting senior legal professionals

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Irwin Mitchell procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
