Position Summary

Alliance Global Solutions is hiring a Technical Dispatch Analyst to support the coordination and execution of field operations related to GFiber installations and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple scheduling platforms and real-time logistics.

This fast-paced position requires a detail-oriented individual who can balance dispatch responsibilities, data accuracy, and cross-functional communication. You will play a key role in supporting GFiber field technicians, maintaining service timelines, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch field technicians and surveyors to GFiber installation and repair jobs across multiple service areas.

  • Monitor real-time field activity using GPS-based tracking and job scheduling tools such as Verizon Connect or Fleetmatics.

  • Maintain accurate scheduling and workflow tracking using Salesforce CRM.

  • Communicate effectively with technicians using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

  • Utilize Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems for remote control and support of field devices.

  • Perform daily quality assurance reviews to validate job documentation, completion status, and compliance with GFiber operational standards.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and field staff for all GFiber-related field service activity.

  • Update CRM and internal databases with accurate and timely job completion logs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve scheduling conflicts, escalate service issues, and streamline workflow efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer deadlines.

  • Provide basic troubleshooting using network diagnostic tools or escalate issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical dispatch, field coordination, or service scheduling.

  • Strong understanding of job scheduling and field tracking platforms.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).

  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with field technicians.

  • Experience in data validation and quality assurance processes.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in fiber installation, telecommunications, utilities, or field services.

  • Experience using reporting tools or dashboards for operations tracking.

  • IT support or infrastructure coordination experience is a plus.

Work Environment and Availability

  • High-paced, collaborative office setting

  • Some after-hours availability may be required for dispatch or IT-related support

  • Must be able to commute to or relocate to Nashville, TN 37211 before starting work

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
