Position Overview
The Technical Lead will oversee technical, security, and IT compliance across multiple domains, guiding infrastructure and integration teams to ensure excellence and innovation. This role demands a deep technical background in Java, Jenkins CICD, Kubernetes, AWS, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), alongside strong leadership and collaboration skills.
You will act as the bridge between technical teams and government clients—ensuring solutions meet both technical standards and mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all infrastructure and integration work aligns with technical, security, and IT policy guidelines.

Lead project design, development, testing, and documentation for system enhancements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, ensuring collaboration and trust.

Guide teams in using technologies such as Java, Jenkins CICD, Kubernetes, GitHub, and AWS.

Promote effective use of monitoring, automation, logging, and secrets management tools.

Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system uptime and resilience.

Implement UXD/IxD development methodologies to enhance user experience in all solutions.

Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend architecture or infrastructure improvements.

Develop and maintain clear technical documentation and training resources.

Encourage continuous learning and technical growth among team members.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, ideally within government or federal contracting.

Proven expertise in Java, Jenkins CICD, Kubernetes, GitHub, AWS, and SRE practices.

Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, monitoring, and code quality tools.

Familiarity with government IT and security policy compliance.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic solutions.

Experience supporting UX/UI-driven systems and applying user experience principles in development.
Special Requirements
-
Experience leading DHS USCIS programs is mandatory.

U.S. Citizenship required to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Remote work currently permitted; may transition to onsite (Monday–Friday) depending on business needs.
