We are seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist to provide Level 2 technical support for Climate FieldView and other digital agriculture products in North America. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues, test new features, and contribute to product enhancements. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with collaboration, training, and communication across cross-functional teams, in a hybrid environment that mixes remote and on-site work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and identify root causes across a range of agricultural software and hardware.

  • Become a subject matter expert on Climate FieldView products and handle Level 2 escalations.

  • Develop and maintain product knowledge for all digital agriculture platforms, including NBM.

  • Provide seasonal product training for internal support teams and assist Level 1 Product Generalists.

  • Reproduce customer issues, document them in JIRA, and escalate to Product Management or Engineering when needed.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to analyze issues, prioritize development workflows, and contribute to product improvements.

  • Create, edit, and maintain technical content such as SOPs, manuals, knowledge articles, and service bulletins.

  • Monitor support workload data (Salesforce, Talkdesk, JIRA) and share trends with leadership.

  • Test alpha/beta products and develop troubleshooting steps to ensure positive customer experiences.

  • Provide evening or weekend support during peak planting and harvest periods.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Studies, Business, Agronomy, or related field.

  • 3+ years of postgraduate experience, including at least 1 year in customer support.

  • Experience in the agriculture industry.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting precision agriculture products.

  • Knowledge of Farm Management Information Systems and basic mechanical skills.

  • Familiarity with software support or software development.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Climate FieldView operations.

  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Apple hardware, Salesforce, JIRA, and Microsoft Office.

  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $56,000 – $83,000 (varies by location, experience, and qualifications).
