You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and client teams to troubleshoot complex system setups, debug code, and optimize client campaigns.
What You’ll Do as a Technical Solutions Specialist

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues across front-end, back-end, and data systems.

Custom Code Solutions: Create and debug custom JavaScript snippets for clients and optimize implementations.

Root Cause Analysis: Identify and solve complex technical problems, querying SQL, Elasticsearch, and other systems.

Client Guidance: Support clients and internal teams in understanding platform intricacies, technical setups, and best practices.

Escalation Management: Take ownership of complex escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in technical or product support, or software engineering roles.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and technical troubleshooting.

Experience with database queries (SQL/Elasticsearch) and monitoring systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus: Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot), GraphQL, or digital advertising.
