This full-time hybrid role, based in Norwich, offers flexibility with some work-from-home options. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll troubleshoot technical problems, perform diagnostics, and address inquiries from customers through various communication channels, all while collaborating with other teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Support Analyst

Technical Support Analyst Tasks and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers, resolving issues related to VoIP services and telecommunications equipment.

  • Perform diagnostics to identify and address customer inquiries and technical problems.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the product and support processes.

Customer Support and Satisfaction for the Technical Support Analyst:

  • Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
