Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for cytology and molecular diagnostic products via phone and email.

Troubleshoot diagnostic instruments, reagents, and software issues.

Document customer interactions in the CRM system and escalate as needed.

Authorize product returns, evaluate issues, and coordinate replacements.

Serve as a liaison to other departments regarding specific product lines.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Cytotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field.

Understanding of scientific concepts in DNA, RNA, and cytology.

Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

Flexibility in scheduling and comfort with phone-based support.

Desire to start and grow a career in medical diagnostics.
Preferred Qualifications
-
ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification.

Experience as a Cytology Prep Technician.

Familiarity with cytology, RT-PCR, molecular, or virology workflows.

Experience troubleshooting Laboratory Information Systems and networked computers.

Bilingual in French and English.
