We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist to join our team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.

Troubleshoot issues and perform data migrations during system refreshes.

Manage organizational email inboxes, share drives, public folders, and configuration management.

Develop IT procedures and assist with Data Calls for Information Management, IT, and Information Assurance.

Prepare monthly progress and status reports on IT operations and support activities.

Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and NMCI policies.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical support or IT experience.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Security+ certification or equivalent (DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliance) required.

Proficiency with Microsoft-supported Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks, DOD networking, and security accreditation processes is a plus.

Ability to work independently or collaboratively, multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for Secret-level security clearance.
