Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone and email for cytology and molecular products (instruments, reagents, software)
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Authorize product returns for investigation and determine replacements
- Act as a liaison with other departments for product-related concerns
- Offer guidance and training to fellow Technical Support team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Cytotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field
- Strong communication and computer skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot laboratory information systems (LIS) and network computers
- Flexible schedule and confidence in phone-based support
- Eagerness to begin a career in diagnostics with potential for growth
Preferred Qualifications
- ASCP Certification: Cytotechnologist (CT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- Experience as a Cytology Prep Technician
- Knowledge of cytology, RT PCR, molecular diagnostics, or virology
- Bilingual (French-English) a strong plus
