Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain manuals, FAQs, knowledge bases, and learning content.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.

Work closely with engineers, SMEs, designers, and support teams.

Use visuals (diagrams, charts, animations, photos) to improve understanding.

Standardize tone, style, and terminology across all platforms.

Collect and integrate feedback from users and stakeholders.

Update content as products and processes evolve.
Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a writer or content manager.

Ability to quickly learn and explain new technologies.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Clear, concise writing tailored to different audiences.

Strong attention to process, standards, and quality.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of web technologies and content creation tools.

Programming experience in any language.

Graphic design or image editing skills.

Experience with video tutorials, live training, or 3D content.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
