About the Role
MYR Group is looking for a Telematics System Analyst to support and manage telematics operations across our Fleet division. This role involves overseeing hardware installations, driver compliance, geofence management, safety alerts, IFTA/IRP reporting, and telematics data administration. You will also handle troubleshooting, user training, and system reporting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across our fleet operations.

Responsibilities

Manage installation, activation, and maintenance of telematics devices.

Set up and manage system users and profiles.

Troubleshoot non-communicating devices, mileage discrepancies, and public inquiries.

Generate reports on alerts, safety data, fuel/mileage compliance (IFTA/IRP), and reconcile invoices.

Ensure proper data capture including ignition sequences and PTO measurements.

Deliver employee training on telematics systems and compliance.

Support fleet operations with accurate and timely telematics data.
Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience with telematics software.

Strong background in analytics, reporting, and user support.

Prior experience delivering telematics training preferred.

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills: Communication, analytical thinking, time management, confidentiality, and MS Office proficiency.

Knowledge of fleet operations is highly desirable.
