Position Overview
As a Financial Services Representative, you will assist members with everyday financial transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and promote credit union products and services. This position is ideal for individuals with cash handling, customer service, or sales experience who want to grow in the banking and credit union industry.
Key Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other member transactions

Balance daily cash totals and resolve discrepancies

Cross-sell financial products and services to meet member needs

Answer member questions in person, by phone, or electronically

Deliver professional and friendly service to all members
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Customer service or cash handling experience preferred

Sales experience helpful

Strong math, communication, and computer skills
