About the Role
The University of Chicago Law School is hiring a temporary Admissions Coordinator to join its Admissions and Financial Aid Office from mid-August through December 12, 2025. This part-time role (25 hours/week) supports JD application processing, tracking, and communication with prospective students.
You’ll collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the application cycle and contribute to a supportive and detail-driven admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities

Process and manage JD applications for prospective students.

Track submissions and follow up with applicants regarding incomplete materials.

Work cross-functionally with student services to resolve issues and streamline operations.

Maintain confidentiality while managing applicant records and communications.
Qualifications
Education:

High school diploma or GED required
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:

Prior experience in higher education or legal environments is a plus

Familiarity with student services preferred

This role can be fully remote, though initial in-person training may be required.
