Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying opportunities with prospective accounts across our full range of environmental solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding services with existing accounts, maximizing penetration through tailored account plans focused on opportunities and strategic growth.
  • Strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for pricing optimization and service enhancements. Develop and implement retention strategies for key accounts.
  • Utilize CRM daily to schedule and document activities, maintain detailed customer profiles, and support the acquisition of new business.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics to anticipate evolving customer needs and industry changes.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the company’s services, business lines, and pricing structures to effectively promote additional solutions, including total waste stream management.
  • Ensure timely completion of Customer Service Agreements, reports, and other required documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Travel weekly, including overnight trips as necessary, to engage with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities in the environmental sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a deep understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A combination of education and at least five years of relevant experience in waste management or a related industry.
  • Minimum of two years in a customer-facing sales role, with a demonstrated ability to identify and address client needs.
  • Valid driver’s license, with the flexibility and willingness to attend client meetings, industry conferences, expos, and networking events as required.
