Principal Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain a successful sales pipeline by identifying opportunities with prospective clients for our full range of environmental solutions.

  • Drive revenue growth with existing accounts by exploring new service offerings and maximizing account penetration. Develop and communicate strategic account plans for key clients, focusing on growth and opportunities.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying potential for price improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction. Create detailed account plans that include risk assessments and retention strategies for top accounts.

  • Utilize CRM tools daily to schedule and document activities, building detailed profiles of potential customers to aid in new business acquisition.

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive dynamics within designated markets to anticipate customer needs and position our solutions effectively.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s services, pricing structures, and available solutions. Promote additional services, such as total waste stream management, to existing and potential commercial, industrial, and recycling clients to drive profitable growth.

  • Complete required customer service agreements, reports, and other paperwork in accordance with company policy, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

  • Travel weekly, including occasional overnight stays, to meet clients and attend relevant industry events as necessary.

  • Perform additional duties as required by the business or management.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in generating new business within the environmental field.

  • Strong technical knowledge of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A combination of education and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the waste or environmental industry.

  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience, with a focus on identifying and addressing customer needs.

  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to meet with clients, attend industry expos, conferences, and networking events as needed.

Pay Range

  • $86,720.00 – $130,080.00

Bonus Plan Details

  • Sales Commission Plan Target: 40% Annual Bonus
