Territory Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will:

  • Execute Celsius’ “perfect store” standards by expanding product distribution, increasing shelf space, and driving promotional activities.

  • Manage 12–15 store visits daily, auditing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and submitting insights through CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with distributor partners through ride-alongs, blitzes, and key account calls to maximize territory performance.

  • Support regional sales initiatives and align with District/Regional Sales Managers on execution.

  • Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance metrics, goals, and KPIs.


What We’re Looking For in a Territory Sales Manager

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 1+ years of consumer goods sales experience (beverage or distributor background preferred).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass an MVR screening.

  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging large groups.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and field reporting systems.

  • Salary range: $60,000 – $65,000, plus incentives.
