Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by presenting sales and marketing programs to secure new and repeat orders, while building and maintaining strong partnerships with both new and existing customers.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a regular and consistent call cycle, including both phone communication and in-person visits.

  • Identify and recruit new customers aligned with market potential and company strategy to expand territory reach and maximize opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with management and internal support teams to ensure effective communication, customer satisfaction, seamless program implementation, and achievement of both territory and organizational goals.

  • Develop and maintain a business plan to meet territory objectives, regularly reviewing and updating as needed to ensure success.

  • Optimize selling costs by strategically ranking and routing customers, planning efficiently, and managing expenses effectively.

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, understand customer needs, forecast accurately, and uncover new opportunities for growth.

  • Support customer success by driving sell-through of commitments, facilitating advertising strategies, implementing group campaigns, and promoting strong merchandising practices.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.


You Excel In This Role If You Have

  • Strong knowledge of the equipment industry and green energy solutions.

  • The ability to strategically manage and grow a large, multi-location territory.

  • Analytical skills to assess sales trends and develop data-driven strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and customers.

  • Proficiency with sales software systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and CRM tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

  • A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

  • The ability to manage business schedules and territory travel effectively.

  • Fluency in English and the primary language of your location, if different.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a related industry.


Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Up to 70% travel required.

  • Ability to safely operate, load, and tow company trailers and small equipment.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


Compensation

  • California-based candidates: $95,000 per year + Sales Incentive Plan + company vehicle.

  • Non-California-based candidates: $85,000 per year + Sales Incentive Plan + company vehicle.
