The Role:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Specialist to support and deliver HVAC and healthy air system solutions to contractors within the Nashville, TN territory. This home-based B2B role allows you to manage your territory, develop customer relationships, and grow sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Consult with AprilAire dealers to optimize their business and deliver tailored product solutions.

Support contractors in basement/crawlspace solutions including pest control, mold remediation, and foundation repair.

Conduct cold calls, engage with clients, and collaborate with distribution managers to secure orders.

Develop and execute an Annual Operating Plan to meet sales targets.

Track, report, and update sales metrics, customer accounts, and CRM (Goldmine) records.

Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications:

B2B sales experience with tangible products.

Knowledge or experience in the HVAC industry preferred; Territory Sales experience is a plus.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven.

Minimal supervision required; capable of independently managing a territory.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

2+ years of progressive sales experience.

Ability to travel up to 40% within TN, AL, MS, LA, and AR.
