Key Responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager

Build and maintain relationships with distributors and end-users to exceed sales goals

Apply value-based selling to identify solutions that meet customer needs

Develop sales and marketing campaigns for key distributors

Demonstrate product expertise across Apex Tool Group’s full portfolio

Qualifications for a Territory Sales Manager

Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in industrial or manufacturing markets

Strong knowledge of demand creation processes at the end-user level

BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (or 5+ years outside sales experience)

Experience with value-based selling and building long-term customer trust

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
