Emerson is looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to join our North America team and represent the RIDGID & Greenlee product lines. In this role, you will engage directly with customers and distribution partners, providing innovative solutions that support the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical trades. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will promote products, deliver demonstrations, and build lasting customer relationships that align with Emerson’s mission of reliability and innovation.
Responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager

Direct and grow utility market sales through strong customer relationships.

Coach and collaborate with Territory Managers in a matrix-managed environment.

Perform field demonstrations, training, and technical support with end-users.

Drive new product sales and expand market share.

Develop annual business plans and execute strategies for sales growth.

Forecast sales performance monthly and annually.

Build and maintain partnerships with key distributors and end-users.

Serve as the subject matter expert on product applications and pricing.

Qualifications for Territory Sales Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
