MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic Mesmerize team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive program growth, manage client relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in the out-of-home and point-of-care verticals. This role offers hands-on exposure, frequent travel within the LA territory, and opportunities to develop your sales and leadership skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager

Manage, place, and maintain Mesmerize program materials across assigned territory, ensuring high productivity and professional standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, office staff, and key personnel to maximize program placement and networking opportunities.

Utilize Salesforce and other company tools to track progress, update photos, and manage campaign data.

Submit timely expense reports and communicate effectively with Field Team Management.

Travel as needed within Los Angeles, up to 12–16 weeks per year.

Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve business processes and program effectiveness.

Execute additional projects as assigned by management to support business growth.
Qualifications for Territory Sales Manager

Bachelor’s degree required.

Comfortable with daily travel within Los Angeles and maintaining a clean driving record.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Self-motivated, energetic, and collaborative team player.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus or commission incentives.
