MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic Mesmerize team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive program growth, manage client relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in the out-of-home and point-of-care verticals. This role offers hands-on exposure, frequent travel within the LA territory, and opportunities to develop your sales and leadership skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager

  • Manage, place, and maintain Mesmerize program materials across assigned territory, ensuring high productivity and professional standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, office staff, and key personnel to maximize program placement and networking opportunities.

  • Utilize Salesforce and other company tools to track progress, update photos, and manage campaign data.

  • Submit timely expense reports and communicate effectively with Field Team Management.

  • Travel as needed within Los Angeles, up to 12–16 weeks per year.

  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve business processes and program effectiveness.

  • Execute additional projects as assigned by management to support business growth.

Qualifications for Territory Sales Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Comfortable with daily travel within Los Angeles and maintaining a clean driving record.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and collaborative team player.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus or commission incentives.
