Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized individual to oversee and manage company operations within a designated regional territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, meeting sales targets, fostering long-term client relationships, and actively generating new business opportunities. .

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Sales Management: Execute sales strategies and manage client accounts within the assigned North East Ohio territory to ensure revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively engage in outbound prospecting, including cold-calling potential customers from a provided list of leads to generate interest and schedule meetings.

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients through regular communication, personalized service, and a deep understanding of their needs.

  • Account Development: Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and work to expand product or service offerings.

  • Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions, providing regular updates and market feedback to the internal team.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients and negotiate effectively.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.

  • Licensing & Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and have consistent access to reliable transportation.

  • Residency: Must currently reside in the North East Ohio region, with the ability to travel within the territory as needed.
