Pearson VUE is hiring a Test Centre Administrator in Kingsbridge! If you’re professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering great customer service, this role is a perfect opportunity to support test-takers at critical moments in their educational or professional journey.
Your Role
As a Test Centre Administrator, you’ll ensure secure and smooth exam delivery while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for candidates. Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in candidates

Verifying ID and explaining exam procedures

Proctoring/invigilating exams to maintain test integrity

Troubleshooting technical issues (with internal IT support)

Performing basic housekeeping (sanitising equipment, vacuuming)

Working flexible hours, including Saturdays
Ideal Candidate Profile

Friendly and professional with a customer-first attitude

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures

Comfortable working in quiet environments and monitoring test-takers

Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Holds school qualifications in English and Maths

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
