Theatre Practitioner – Sunderland Day Care Centre

Salary: £29,970 – £36,483 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Theatre Practitioner who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People. We are looking for a motivated individual who will contribute to the Trust’s continued success by making us the first choice for both patients and staff.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide strong clinical leadership, inspiring and empowering colleagues to ensure the effective management of the department.
  • Assist in perioperative patient care, working as part of the theatre team in a safe and efficient environment.
  • Participate in departmental audits, in-house training, and mandatory training requirements.
  • Identify potential clinical challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Support the Lead Theatre Practitioner in maintaining an efficient working environment, optimising staff, supplies, and services.
  • Attend and actively participate in monthly departmental and audit meetings.
